First Snow of the Winter

 It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! We had our first snow yesterday! I remember how excited I would get as a kid when they called for snow and I am not sure that has changed even now that I am older.  I love the quiet that comes with a blanket of snow.

Daniel had a parade yesterday plus the football game so it was a cold 9 hours for him.  Luckily we lost the game so we are done for the year! While at the game Daniel decided to start a snowball fight in the stands.  Soon a lot of the band kids and some of their parents were joining in until an announcement came over the loud speaker saying they would escort anyone from the premise who was throwing snowballs.  That is my husband : ) He thought about throwing a few more just so he could leave and get warm but decided that might not be a good idea.
