Ho Hum Day

Not much happened today that was exciting. The boys went back to school which was nice to have to time to breath during the day but Sam kept asking when I was going to drop him off at school. Karen came to clean (days with her can go either way but today was good) so now we have a clean house for at least 24 hours.  Emily stopped by and we are excited about her house which she is going to look at tomorrow.  We are already planning on the boys sledding and me having hot chocolate at her house when it snows since it is right across from the sledding hill : ) I hope we have another white Christmas! Last year was my first and I loved it!

Keeping up with the rest of you guys

Since everyone has a blog now I guess it is my turn. Today was pretty lazy, we all watched Elf and got the stockings hung by the chimney with care. Sam is so excited about all the decorations but keeps pulling the ornaments off the tree. We were trying to be environmentally conscience and bought LED lights for the tree this year. We put on 400 lights, didnt think it was enough so Daniel went and bought some more. Put those on and still thought it looked horrid so we took them off and started all over. They are on but we just don't like the LED at all. The lights have a bluish tint and just dont look like they should. We thought about taking them all off again and just putting the old ones up but I think we might just try to make it through the season. Well that's about all I have right now.
